
Ingredients
Fish with thick flesh ( cut into square pieces ) – ½ kilo
Corn flour – 2 table spoon
Ginger, garlic paste – 1 tea spoon
Soy sauce – 1 tea spoon
Ajnomotto – 1 tea spoon
Salt – one pinch
Refined oil – as required
Garlic chopped – 1 table spoon
Garlic paste – 1 table spoon
Tomato sauce – 5 table spoon
Red chilly sauce – 2 table sauce
Soy sauce – 1 table spoon
Sugar – 1 tea spoon
Refined oil – 3 table spoon
Dried chilly crushed – 10
Spring onion – 2
Salt – as required
Corn flour – 1 table spoon
Method of preparation
Mix Corn flour, ginger, garlic paste, soy sauce, ajnomotto, and salt and make a thick batter. Then dip the fish into the batter and fry. Take a non stick pan and heat the oil. Add chopped garlic and paste , crushed chilly and fry . The add tomato sauce, red chilly sauce, sugar, dried chilly, spring onion and salt. Then add the fried fish into it. Take corn flour and make it a paste by adding little water. Add this into the fish and mix well. when the gravy get Thickened remove from the stove. Can serve
