Fish – 250 gram
Onion – 3 nos
Green chilly – 10 nos
Chilly powder – 1 tea spoon
Turmeric powder – ½ tea spoon
Coriander powder – 1 tea spoon
Coconut milk – 2 cup
Curry leaves – as required
Oil – as required
Salt – as required

Method of preparation

Marinate the fish with turmeric powder and chilly powder and keep it for half an hour. After that fry the marinated fish. In the same oil fry the onion, green chilly , ginger and tomato . add coriander powder and heat. Then add the fried fish , coconut milk and boil. When the gravy gets thickened remove it from the stove after adding the curry leaves.
