Ingredients:
Boiled egg – 4
Savala – 2
Tomato – 1
Tomato grinded – 2 tbsp
Ginger – 1 piece
Garlic – 6 pieces
Pepper powder – 2 tbsp
Patta – a piece
Clove – 2
Cardamom – 1
Salt
Oil
Curry leaves

Preparation:
Add oil in a pan and add the masala to it. Add savala to it and saute well. Add ginger and garlic chopped and tomato grinded and mix well. Add tomato and pepper powder and saute well. Add the boiled eggs cut into equal halves. Cover the eggs with the masala. Add curry leaves on top of this and serve.
