Paneer – 175 gram
Egg boiled – 2
Onion – half
Garlic – 2 cloves
Tomato – 1
Chilly powder – ½ tea spoon
Turmeric powder – I pinch
Garam masala – ½ tea spoon
Pepper powder ¼ tea spoon
Coriander leaves , salt – as required

Method of preparation

Cut the paneer into small pieces and fry it in oil. When the oil get heated add the ingredients from three to five and saute. Add chilly powder, turmeric powder into it and mix. Add one cup of water and when it get boiled add the fried paneer pieces, egg , required salt, pepper powder into it. when the gravy gets thickened add the garam masala powder and mix. Then spread the coriander leaves and can serve hot.
