Egg boiled – 4
Onion chopped – 1 cup
Green chilly chopped – 3
Tomato chopped – 1 cup
Garam masala powder – 1 tea spoon
Turmeric powder – ½ tea spoon.
Cumin seed – 1 tea spoon
Dried chilly powder – 1 tea spoon
Ginger , Garlic paste – 1 tea spoon
Curry leaves
Coriander leaves

Method of preparation

Take a pan. Add 3 tea spoon of coconut oil into it and heat. Add cumin seed, ginger garlic paste into it and saute. Then add onion, green chillies, curry leaves into it. approximately when it get brown colour add the tomato and mix. Then add coriander powder, chilly powder, turmeric powder, garam masala powder into it and again mix. Then add half cup of water into this mixture. Also add required salt into it.
When it get boiled, add the egg which is cut into four pieces. while stirring make sure the Yellow yolk of the egg is not getting smashed.
Spread the coriander leaves on top of it and can serve
