Ingredients
Egg – 3 nos
Onion – 2 nos
Tomato – 1 no
Coriander powder – 2 tsp
Chilli powder – ½ spoon
Turmeric powder – ¼ spoon
Green chillies = 3 nos
Salt – to taste
Oil – as required
Coconut milk – 1 ½ cup.
Curry leaves , coriander leaves – as required

Method of preparation
Keep the Kadai in stove and once it get heated pour the oil and put onion, curry leaves and sauté well. Once it get fried add coriander powder, chilly powder, turmeric powder, and also add the chopped tomato and green chillies and sauté well till it become a paste. Then add one cup of water and salt to taste.
When it is boiling put the stove in low flame and beat the egg and add one by one into the paste. Once it is over cover the lid and keep the stove in low flame itself till the egg get boiled . After that by using big spoon mix it and add the coconut milk into it. When it starts boiling you can remove from the stove.
