Egg – 4
Coconut paste – ½ cup
Onion paste – 1
Tomato paste – 1
Garlic – 5
Green chilly – 4
Coriander powder – 1 table spoon
Chilly powder – 1 tea spoon
Turmeric powder – ½ spoon
Mustard seed – ½ tea spoon
Cinnamon – 1 piece
Cloves – 1
Bay leaf ( vayanaila ) – 1
Salt – as required
Coriander leaves

Method of preparation

Boil the egg and remove the outer shell. Heat oil in a pan add the mustard seed and cinnamon seed into the oil and allow to splutter. Add bay leaf, cloves, cinnamon , garlic into it and fry. Stir well for one or two minutes. Then add the paste of onion into it and mix. then put all the masala powder and salt and mix. after stirring for some time add the paste of tomato and sauté. Later add the coconut paste and mix. after some time add the boiled egg fully or cut into half with a knife . when the gravy get thickened you can remove it from the flames. Decorate with coriander leaves.
