Egg – 4
Cashew nut – one cup
Tomato sauce – 3 table spoon
Turmeric powder – ¼ tea spoon
Chilly powder – ¾ tea spoon
Garam Masala powder – ½ tea spoon
Coriander powder – 1 table spoon
Poppy seed – 1 table spoon
Shallots chopped – as required
Curry leaves – one strip
Salt / water – as required
Coconut oil – 3 table spoon
Pudina leaves ( mint leaves ) – chopped – one table spoon

Method of preparation

Boil the egg and remove the outer shell and cut it into large pieces. Take chilly powder, garm masala powder and pepper powder and grind it to a fine paste. Heat coconut oil in a pan and add shallots and curry leaves and fry. When it got fried add the prepared paste and boil it. When it got boiled add the egg pieces , cashew nut and cook it by closing the lid. When the grave got thickened add pudina ( mint ) Leaves and can serve.
