Duck – 1
Chilly powder – 1 tbsp
Corriander powder – a pinch
Pepper powder – a pinch
Turmeric powder – 1 tbsp
Ghee – 1/2 cup
Savala – 1
Coconut – 1
Jaathipathri – 2.5cm

Clean the duck and cut to pieces. Grind well chilly powder, corriander powder, pepper powder and turmeric powder together.
Cut the savala. Take 1st, 2nd and 3rd milk of the coconut.
In a pan add oil and saute the savala and then the grinded masala. Add the duck meat to it and cook for 5 minutes. Add 3rd milk, salt and vinegar and cook well.
When the duck has been cooked, add 2nd milk and cook for 10 minutes. Then add 1st milk and take off from the stove.
In a pan add ghee. Add jaathipathri, clove and mustard to it. When the mustard splutters, add the ghee to the curry and serve.
