Duck (Tharavu ) cut into small pieces- 1 kg
Onion – 5 nos ( sliced thin)
Ginger paste – 1 tsp
Garlic paste – 1 tsp
Curd – ¼ litre
Turmeric powder – 1 tsp
Coconut oil – as required for deep frying
Chilli powder – 1 tsp
Coriander powder – 4 tsp
Salt – to taste


Add turmeric powder, salt into the duck pieces and keep for two hours. After that add chilli powder, coriander powder, ginger, garlic and onion sliced and pour ½ cup of water and cook well. Once the water get drained add coconut aoil and fry well. Duck fry is ready to serve
