
Ingredients:
1.Dried prawns- 1 cup
2. Coconut-scraped 1 cup
3. Shallot( small onions)- 12 nos.
4.Chilly powder- 1 table spoon
5.Tamarind- 1 pinch
6.Coconut oil-1 table spoon
7.salt-to taste
Method:Fry the prawns in a pan with out adding oil and crush.Saute the shallots( small onions) in one table spoon of oil. Add chilly powder, coconut and tamarind. Add the crushed prawns too mix well.
