Chicken ( Boneless) – ½ Kilo
Onion – 2
Capsicum – 1
Green Chillies – 4
Ginger, garlic paste – ½ spoon
Curd – 2 spoon
Chilly powder – 1 spoon
Chilly sause, Tomato Sauce – 2 spoon
Soy sauce – 4 spoon
Pepper powder – ½ spoon
Corn flour – 1 spoon
Lemon juice
Coriander leaves

Method of preparation

Chop the boneless chicken into small pieces. add ginger garlic paste, chilly powder, salt, curd, corn flour, half portion of soy sauce, pepper powder into it and marinate. Keep the marinated chicken aside for one hour. After that fry this marinated chicken in oil. Then take another pan. Heat oil and add chopped onion and green chillies into it and saute till the onion gets light brown colour. when it becomes brown colour add the rest of the soy sauce, tomato sauce , chilly sauce into it and mix well.

Later add the fried chicken into it. after some time add the capsicum into it and mix and drain out the water. Remove the chicken from the stove and add the lemon juice. Then decorate it with coriander leaves.
