bone less chicken – 1/ kilo
ginger cut into small pieces – 1/2 table spoon
garlic cut into small pieces – 1/2 tea spoon
Dry chilly (crushed) – one table spoon
tomato sauce – one ounce
soy sauce – 1 table spoon
sugar – 1/2 spoon
onion leaves – 2 bunch

To marinate the chicken

Ginger garlic paste – 1 table spoon
pepper – 1 1/2 tea spoon
egg white – 1
corn flour – 2 table spoon

Method of preparation

Make a medium thick batter with the ingredients of marinating the chicken. (ginger garlic paste, pepper , egg white and Corn flour) . Marinate the cleaned chicken pieces in this batter and keep aside for half an hour. Heat oil in a pan and Fry the chicken pieces till it turns light brown colour. Heat little oil in another pan and add ginger, garlic paste and onion till it becomes light brown colour. Then add the crushed chillies and later the tomato sauce and soy sauce and sugar and mix well. when it gets thick add the fried chicken pieces and mix. When the masala gets mixed with the chicken remove from the stove. Cut the onion stem into very small pieces and add it with the chicken. Can serve hot
