1.Crab – 2 kilo
2.Shallots – 200 gram
3.Onion – 200 gram
4.Tomato – 400 gram
5.Salt – as required
6.Turmeric powder – 20 gram
7.Fennel seed – 20 gram
8.Oil – 120 milli
9.Ginger – garlic paste – 80 gram
10.Chilly powder – 15 gram
11.Curry leaves – 4 strips
12.Pepper – 40 gram
13.Cumin seed – 10 gram
14.Cinnamon – 10 gram
15.Coriander leaves – as required

Method of preparation

Heat the pepper and powder it. Chop the Shallots, tomato, and onion . heat oil in a pan . add cumin seed, cinnamon and fennel seed and fry. Then add chopped onion, shallots and ginger garlic paste and fry. Add tomato , salt, turmeric powder, and fry. When the tomato get cooked add chilly powder, curry leaves and fry it till the raw smell of the masala goes. Then add the crab and cook. Later spread the pepper powder .can also decorate with coriander leaves.
