Chicken – 250 gram
Onion – 2 nos
Ajinomotto – 1 tea spoon
Garlic paste – 8 cloves
Celery – one stem cut into pieces

Method of preparation

Chop the onion into small pieces and fry it till it become light brown colour. Add the finely cut chicken pieces into it and fry. Then add the garlic paste. It should fried in oil for almost 10 minutes. ( By the time the chicken will turn brown in colour. ) then add required water, salt and ajinomotto, and cook . On getting cooked add one table spoon of vinegar and then boil it. After that spread the celery chopped pieces above the curry.
