Chicken – 250gm
Savala – 2
Ajinomoto – 1 tbsp
Garlic paste – of 8 pieces
Salt – as needed
Celery – 1 strip

Saute the savala in oil well. Add the chicken pieces and saute well again. Saute and cook well for about 10 minutes. Add water and ajinomoto and cook well. When cooked add a spoon of vinegar and celery and serve.
