Mutton – ¼ kilo
Chilly sauce – 1 table spoon
Ginger chopped – 1 table spoon
Garlic – chopped – 2 tea spoon
Green chilly – 10
Onion – 4
Soy sauce – 3 table spoon
Corn flour – ½ tea spoon
Pepper powder – 1 tea spoon
Salt – as required

Method of preparation

Cut the meat into small pieces. Then cook it by adding salt and required water. Heat oil. Add ginger, onion, garlic, green chily into it and saute. Following add chilly sauce, soy sauce, pepper powder into it and saute. Later take the meat boiled water and add the corn flour and mix. Then cover this mixture in the meat and cook. When the gravy get drained out and when you get glazing remove it from the stove.
