
Ingredients
Bone less chicken chopped small – ½ kilo
Olive oil – 3 table spoon
Red vine vinegar – 1 ½ table spoon
Lemon juice of one lemon
Kashmiri chilly powder – 2 tea spoon
Onion – one half
White pepper powder – 2 tea spoon
Garlic – 6 cloves
Salt – as required
Method of preparation
Take a vessel. Add olive oil, red wine vinegar and lemon juice into it and beat well. You can use an egg beater for this. Add little chilly powder, onion, garlic, white pepper powder into it. Then again beat it by adding required salt. Now the masala is ready to marinate the chicken.
Take a baking stick and pierce the skin removed chicken pieces in it. then using a barbeque brush marinate the chicken pieces with the prepared masala. Then cover it with foil paper and keep it aside for two hours so that masala get stick into it.
Heat the grill in medium heat. After that remove the foil paper from it . then grill it. the chilly lime chicken kabab will be ready within 20-25 minutes.
