
Chicken – ( Bone less) – ½ Kilo
Oil – As required
Onion ( chopped to small pieces ) – ½ Kilo
Green Chillies ( chopped into small pieces) – 6 no
Egg – 1
Corn Flour – 3 big spoon
Maida – 5 big spoon
Salt – As required
Chilly Sauce – 2 big spoon
Chilly Red Food colour – one pinch
Method of preparation
Mix Egg, Maida, Corn Flour , food colour . Add little water and prepare a slightly thick batter out of this. Cut the cleaned chicken into very small pieces . and put this into the batter and mix well. After mixing it well keep it in refrigerator. Heat oil in a Frying pan and fry the chicken pieces . Heat oil in another pan and fry the chopped onions. Fry the onion till it becomes brown colour. When the onions become brown colour add green chilly , chilly sauce and salt and fry for five minutes. When it getting fried add the chicken pieces and mix well. When the gravy get stuck in the chicken pieces remove from the stove and can serve
