Ingredients:
Chicken – 250 gm
Curd – 1/2 cup
Salt – To taste
oil – 1/2 cup
Cardamom – 2
Karuvapatta – an inch
Karuva leaves – 1
Pepper – 10
Savala – 1/2 cup
Ginger paste – 2 teaspoon
Garlic paste – 2 teaspoon
Corriander powder – 2 teaspoon
Jeera powder – 2 teaspoon
Chilly powder – 2 teaspoon
Tomato – 1

Procedure:
Marinate the chicken pieces with curd, salt and turmeric powder and keep for 30 minutes.Heat the oil and sort the onion. After 10 minutes, add the spices and tomato and sort well. Then add the chicken pieces and cook well. Add some water in between. The mixture should be not too dry or not too liquid type. Add the masala to it and serve.
