Chicken – 250gm
Water – 1 ½ cup

Batter

Egg – half
Maida – 2 table spoon
Corn flour – 1 table spoon
Salt – one pinch

sauce

Soyabeen sauce – 1 ½ table spoon
Vinegar – 1 ½ table spoon
Wooster sauce – 1 table spoon
Tomato ketchup – 1 table spoon
Ajinomotto – 1 table spoon
Salt,blackpepper- one pinch each

Ginger, crshed – one piece
Garlic,crushed – Three pieces

Celery – one stalk cut into small pieces

Method
Cook the chicken in water and separate the meat from the bone and remove water. Mix the batter and add chicken pieces. Fry the chicken. Heat some oil and add ginger and garlic. Mix all the sauces in the water in which chicken was cooked and pour into the oil/ginger/garlic. When it is thickened add the chicken and celery.
