
Ingredients
Chicken ( boneless and cut into small pieces) – 250 gram
Green chilly 9 chopped ) – 3 nos
Ginger ( cut into small pieces ) – piece
Garlic( cut into small pieces) – 10 cloves
Chilly powder – 3 tea spoon
Fenugreek powder – one pinch
Turmeric powder – ¼ tea spoon
Vinegar – ¼ cup
Curry leaves – 2 strip
Vegetable oil or gingerly oil – 4 table spoon
Salt – as required
Method of preparation
Take the cleaned and boneless chicken cut into small pieces and add one tea spoon of chilly powder, turmeric powder , required salt and fry it in oil. After frying keep it aside. In the same oil add green chill, ginger, garlic pieces and sauté. Add 2 tea spoon of chilly powder, fenugreek powder , salt and fry. When it get fried add the vinegar. When vinegar starts to boil add the fried chicken pieces. when it get cooled store it in dried air tight container . it can be used for one week.
