
Ingredients
Chicken ( bone less and cut into pieces ) – 250 gram
Green chillies ( chopped) – 3
Ginger ( cut into small pieces ) – 1 piece
Garlic ( chopped small ) – 10 cloves
Chilly powder – 3 tea spoon
Fenugreek powder – 1 pinch
Turmeric powder – ¼ tea spoon
Vinegar – ¼ cup
Curry leaves – 2 strip
Vegetable oil or Gingerly oil – 4 table spoon
Salt – as required
Method of preparation
Clean the chicken . take the cut boneless chicken pieces and marinate it with one table spoon of chilly powder, turmeric powder and required salt and later fry it in oil and keep it aside
In the same oil add green chillies, ginger, garlic , curry leaves and fry. Add 2 tea spoon of chilly powder, fenugreek powder, salt and fry. When it get fried add vinegar.
When the vinegar get boiled add the fried chicken. Keep this for cooling. When it get cooled transfer the content into the dry bottle and store it in refrigerator. This will not get spoiled for
