1.Chicken – 1 Kilo
2.Shallots – 200 gram
3.Garlic – 8 cloves
4.Ginger – 1 Piece
5.Turmeric powder – ½ tea spoon
6.Coriander powder – 3 table spin
7.Dried chilly – 10 nos
8.Pepper – ½ tea spoon
9.Curry leaves – 2 strip
10.Coconut oil – 3 table spoon

To Decorate

1.Egg – 1 no
2.Ginger – sliced into thin long pieces

Method of preparation

Cut the chicken into very small pieces, add shallots, green chilly, pepper, ginger . garlic , turmeric powder salt to taste and water in the required level and cook till it becomes soft. On getting cooked add dried chilly powder and garam masala and mix well. while the water get drained add the coconut oil and curry leaves and fry for some time. Then you can remove it from the flame and put the content in the vessel which you prefer to serve. Beat the egg and fry it by adding the chopped ginger and can furnish the same above the chicken as decoration.
