
Ingredients
Chicken – ¼ kilo
Basmati rice – 2 cup
Capsicum – 1
Onion – 1
Turmeric powder – ½ tea spoon
Garlic powder – 1 tea spoon
Pepper powder – 1 tea spoon
Water – 6 cup
Salt , coriander leaves
Method of preparation
Cook the chicken by adding 6 cup of water. When it get cooked .Drain out the water from it and keep it separate. Make the chicken into pieces and keep it aside. Take a pan and boil some oil. Add the cleaned rice and fry. Add capsicum, chopped onion, and all the other masala powders and salt. Take 2 cup water of cooked chicken and 3 cup of normal water and stir well. add the chicken pieces into it and mix. Cook it for 20 minutes. When water completely gets drained and the rice gets cooked properly remove from the stove and decorate it with coriander leaves
