1. Chicken Liver – 500 gram
2. Salt – as required
3. Turmeric powder – 1 tea spoon
4. Coconut oil – 1 tea spoon
5. Onion chopped – 1 big
6. Garlic chopped – 6 nos
7. Slit green chilly – – 2 nos
8. Tomato chopped – 1 big
9. Curry leaves – as required
10. Mustard powder – 1 table spoon
11. Pepper powder – 1 table spoon
12. Lemon juice – ½ tea spoon

Method of preparation

Marinate the chicken liver with turmeric powder and salt and keep it aside for five minutes. After five minutes steam the marinate liver till it get thick. Then cut the steamed liver into small pieces. Take a thick bottom pan and heat the oil. Add the chopped onion and fry. Then add garlic, green chilly, curry leaves, tomato and fry for some more time. Add mustard powder , pepper powder and fry it in low flame for one more minute. Then add the cooked liver add little salt if required and fry. Before serving add the lemon juice.
