Ingredients:
1. Chicken – 1 (400gm to 500gm)
2.Savala – 3
3.Green chilly – 8
4.Ginger – 25gm
5.Garlic paste – 1
6.Coconut grated – 1 1/2 cup
7.Corriander powder – 1 1/2 tbsp
8.Chilly powder – 1 tbsp
9.Turmeric powder – 1 1/2 tbsp
10.Cuscus – 1 tbsp
11.Curd – 1/2 cup
12.Tomato – 3
13.Patta – 4 inch
14.Cardamom – 4
15.Clove – 6
16.Jeera – 1 1/2 tbsp
17.Kothamalli leaves – 1/2 bundle
18.Refined oil – 6 tbsp
19.Salt – as needed

Preparation:
Cut the chicken pieces to small pieces. Make a mixture with coconut, jeera, cuscus. Add oil in a pan and add patta, clove, cardamom, savala and sort well. Add chicken, corriander powder, chilly powder, turmeric powder, grinded coconut to this. Add salt, tomato and water to this. When the chicken is cooked, add kothamalli leaves to this and serve.
