Ingredients:

Chicken – 1/2 kg
Coconut grated – 1/2 cup
Cashewnut – 20 pieces
Ghee – 2 tbsp
Ginger paste – 1/2 tbsp
Curry leaves – 1 strip
Garlic paste – 1 tbsp
Savala – 1/2 kg
Green chilly – 6
Chilly powder – 1 1/2 tbsp
Turmeric powder – 1/2 tbsp
Corriander powder – 2 tbsp
Garam masala – 1/2 tbsp
Tomato – 1
Salt – as needed
Water – 1 cup
Curd – 1/2 cup
Shallot – 2
Kismis – 10

Preparation:
Grind well cashewnut and coconut together, In a pressure cooker, add some oil and add garlic, ginger and curry leaves and saute well. Add the chicken pieces, chilly powder, turmeric powder, corriander powder and garam masala and saute well. Add tomato , water and salt and cook well. Add curd and coconut – cashewnut mixture and saute well. In another pan add ghee and add kismis and shallot. Serve the curry to a plate when cooked well and garnish with the kismis and shallot fried in ghee.
