Ingredients

Boneless chicken – 1 kilo
Ghee – 250 gram
Cardamom – 4
Cloves – 6
Cinnamon – 2
Onion – 3 ( chopped small)
Ginger paste – 2 tea spoon
Garlic paste – 2 tea spoon
Bengal gram – 50 gram ( soaked)
Wheat – 50 gram (soaked)
Turmeric powder – 1 tea spoon
Garam masala – 1 tea spoon
Chilly powder – 1 tea spoon
Coriander leaves – chopped small
Salt, water – as required

Method of preparation

Heat a pan. Add ghee, cardamom, cloves, cinnamon, onion into it and sauté. Add ginger paste, garlic pate, soaked Bengal gram, wheat etc into it and mix again. Also add required water. Following this add turmeric powder and chilly powder into it. after 2-3 minutes add chicken, salt, water and boil it till the water gets drained out. Add garam masala, coriander leaves etc. cook it in low flame.
