Chicken – ½ kilo
Onion – 4
Garlic – 8
Green chilly – 4
Curd – 1 cup
Chilly powder – 2 tea spoon
Jathikka powder – 1 tea spoon
Grated coconut – 1 table spoon
Oil
Salt
Method of preparation
Clean the chicken thoroughly. Take the paste of Green chilly, garlic, and onion and all the remaining masala and mix it in the curd. Take half of the mix and marinate the chicken for one hour. Heat oil in a pan. Add chicken pieces into it and keep it in the oil till it get fried. Keep of stirring it while keeping on the stove. add the masala into it and mix. Then pour required water into it and cook it by closing the lid. Keep it in the stove till the gravy gets thickened and properly mixed with the chicken.
