1. Chicken Pieces – 500 gm
2. Hen Egg – three
3. Turmeric powder – half teaspoon
Chilly Powder – two teaspoon
Coriander powder – two teaspoon
Garam masala powder – one teaspoon

4. Curds – half cup
5. Ginger paste – one teaspoon
6. Garlic paste – one teaspoon

7. Salt, Oil – as required
Ajinomotto – one pinch


In a medium vessel break the eggs and mix into it, curd, all powders, salt and pastes. Marinate the chicken pieces in this mixture for an hour and fry in oil till crisp.
