
Ingredients
Chemmen (prawns) – 250 gram
Raw mango (pacha manga) – 6
Coconut oil – 1 table spoon
Shallots chopped – 2 table spoon
Chilly powder – 2 table spoon
Coriander powder – 1 tea spoon
Curry leaves – one strip
Green chilly – 6 nos
salt – as required
Method of preparation
Clean the prawns (chemmen) and keep it aside. Add green chilly, chopped shallots, chilly powder, turmeric powder, curry leaves, raw mango and required water and boil. When it get boiled add the prawns. When the prawns get cooked you can remove from the stove. Take a pan and heat oil. Add curry leaves, chopped onion and fry and add it into the prepared curry.
