Ingredients

Dried prawn(Chemmeen) – Half cup
Taro Leaf (Chemputhandu)- One branch
Small onion – 20
Coconut – Half
Green chilly – 5
Curry leaves – Two
Garcinia(Kudampuli) – 1 small piece
Turmeric powder – ¼ teaspoon

Method

Remove the outer cover of the chemputhandu and slice lengthwise into small pieces. Slice onion lengthwise. Slice chilly into rounds. Heat oil in a china pan and break mustard. Fry onion and chilly and then add chemputhandu, chemmeen, curry leaves, Garcenia and salt. Cook with lid closed. Rub turmeric powder on the grated coconut and spread over it. Stir and make it dry.
