Mushroom – 4
Butter – 1 tbsp
Cheese – 1 tbsp
Egg – 2
Pepper powder – , Salt – as needed


Cut the mushrooms into thin pieces and sort well in butter. Add the cheese to this. Beat the eggs using a fork, add a tbsp of water, 1/2 tbsp of pepper and salt. Add the sorted mushroom to this. Add a tbsp of butter to a pan, pour the egg mixture onto the pan and cook both the sides, fold into 2 and serve.
