
Ingredients
Chicken – ½ kilo
Maida – 1 ½ cup
Chicken Broth – 1 cup
Brandy – ¼ cup
Butter – 1 table spoon
Lemon juice – of 1 lemon
Olive Oil – 4 tea spoon
Pepper powder – 2 tea spoon
Parsley
Salt
Method of preparation
Clean the chicken and marinate it with little salt and Lemon juice. Keep it aside for half an hour. Later fry the same in the olive oil. When the chicken get light brown colour add the chicken broth. When the broth get boiled well, add the remaining lemon juice, butter, little salt , pepper powder. Cook the same for some time in the low flame. After that add the maida. When the chicken get cooked and maida get mixed in the chicken add brandy and mix well. cook it for three minutes by stirring it. When the chicken get cooked and gravy get thickened add the chopped parsley . can serve
