Ingredients

1. Fish ( cut into pieces) – 500 gram
2. Corn flour – ½ cup
3. Ginger – garlic paste – 2 tea spoon
4. Salt – as required
5. Chilly paste – 1 tea spoon
6. White pepper powder – 1 tea spoon
7. Egg – 1

Marinate the fish pieces with the ingredients from 3 to 7 and keep it aside for some time. Mix the cornflour with water and make thick paste. Then dip the marinated fish piece In the cornflour pate and deep fry in the oil.

1. Oil – 10 milli
2. Dried chilly pieces – 15 gram
3. Ginger chopped – 15 gram
4. Onion, garlic chopped, 20 gram each
5. Celery chopped – 15 gram
6. Tomato sauce – 5 tea spoon
7. Chilly paste – 1 ½ tea spoon
8. Salt – as required
9. White pepper powder – 1 tea spoon
10. Corn flour – 3 tea spoon
11. Spring onion – 2 rolls

Method of preparation

Take a pan and heat. Add the ingredients from two to five and saute. Then add the ingredients six and seven into it . add little water and boil. Add salt and pepper . add water into the corn flour and make a batter and then add. When the gravy gets thickened , add the fish pieces into it and mix. Then decorate it with chopped spring onion.
