Mutton Brain – 2
Turmeric powder – 1 tea spoon
Chilly powder – as required
Fennel seed powder – 2 tea spoon
Ginger, garlic crushed – 1 table spoon
Salt, coconut oil – as required

Method of preparation

First take the mutton brain and clean it thoroughly . while cleaning you have to be careful . You can find lot of thread like nerves in the brain. You have to remove that completely. Later marinate the brain with turmeric powder, chilly powder, fennel seed powder, and crushed garlic and ginger and required salt into it and keep it aside for half an hour . while marinating , be care ful that the brain is not getting smashed. Take a frying pan and heat coconut oil. Put the brain into the oil and fry both sides in low flame. This mutton brain have more calories and proteins.
