Ingredients:
Fish – 4 pieces
Savala – 1
Tomato – 1
Shallot – 1 tbsp
Ginger – garlic paste – 1 tbsp
Green chilly – 3
Vayana leaves – 1 tbsp
Chilly powder – 1 tbsp
Corriander powder – 1/2 tbsp
Turmeric powder – 1/2 tbsp
Cumin powder – 1/2 tbsp
Corriander leaves, salt, oil – as needed

Preparation:
Marinate the fish pieces with salt and turmeric powder and keep for half an hour. Add oil in pan and fry the fish pieces.In the remaining oil add vayana leaves, shallot, green chilly, ginger garlic paste and saute well. Add savala to this. Add tomato then. Add the masala powders to this and saute well. Add some water and cook well. Add corriander leaves and serve.
