Ingredients
1.Beef – 500 gram
2.Onion – 100 gram
3.Tomato – 100 gram
4.Green chilly – 5 nos
5.Ginger , garlic paste – 2 tea spoon
6.Kashmir chilly powder – 2 tea spoon
7.Coriander powder – 4 tea spoon
8.Turmeric powder – 1 tea spoon
9.Garam masala – 1 tea spoon
10.Salt – as required
11.Grated coconut – 2 cup
12.Curry leaves – 2 strip
13.Coconut oil – as required

Method of preparation

Take a cooker and add the ingredients from 1 to 10 and cook. Take a pan and heat oil . add curry leaves, grated coconut and fry it. Then add the cooked beef into it and cook it till the water get drained by closing the lid.
