Beef ( finely Cubed) – 500 gram
Vinegar – 1 ½ tea spoon
Turmeric powder – 1 tsp
Salt – to taste
Chilly powder – 3 table spoon
Ginger – finely chopped – 2 tea spoon
Garlic – 1 tea spoon
Curry leaves – As required

Method of preparation

Cut the beef into small cubes. Cook the beef with Turmeric powder, and salt until it gets tender. Heat Oil in a separate pan and roast Ginger, Garlic, Green chillies, Curry leaves . Also add the cooked beef into the pan and roast well. Add the required salt and Vinegar and Mix well and serve.
