Ingredients

Beef – 1 kilo
Shallots – 8
Ginger – one big piece
Garlic – 12 cloves
Green chilly – 3
Fennel seeds – 2 table spoon
Coriander powder – 1 table spoon
Chilly powder – as required
Turmeric powder – 2 tea spoon
Cinnamon, cloves, cardamom crushed – 1 tea spoon

Method of preparation

Chop the beef into small pieces. Add turmeric powder and salt and cook it in a pressure cooker ( no need to pour water). Take another pan add 2 table spoon of oil, on getting heated add crushed shallots, green chilly, ginger, garlic and saute for five minutes. Add cooked beef into it and saute well. Add chilly powder, coriander powder , cumin powder accordingly and heat. Add cinnamon, cloves, cardamom mixture into it. also add required salt and fry well. Then add oil and can remove from the stove.
