
Ingredients
1. Beef, thinly sliced ,length wise – 200 gm
2. Corn Flour – 1 Table spoon
Beaten egg – 1
Salt – enough
3. Oil – enough
4. Ginger-garlic pate – 2 teaspoon
5 .Onion cut into square – half
6. Capsicum cut to square – half
7. Soya sauce – 1 teaspoon
Tomato sauce – 1 teaspoon
Water – a little
Red Chilly Paste – 1 teaspoon
8. Corn flour – 2 table spoon + water
Method
Mix the second ingredients thoroughly. Mix beef pieces into this and fry in oil. In the remaining oil fry the 4th ingredients and add onion and after frying add capsicum. Next, add 7th ingredients and mix well and add beef pieces. If gravy is required add corn flour mixed in water and boil to thicken.
