Ingredients
Beef – 1 kg
Tomato (paste) – 2 nos
Onion – 2 nos
Green Chilly – 3 nos (paste )
Ginger – 1 piece ( paste)
Garlic 10 nos ( paste)
Chilly powder – 1 tsp
Coriander powder – 1 tsp
Turmeric powder – 1 tsp
Garam Masala – 2 tsp
Beaf Masala – 2 tsp
Curry leaves – 2 strip
Shallots – 3
Red Chilly – 3 nos
Coconut oil – as required
Mustard seeds – as required
Water – As required
Method of preparation
Add ½ cup of water , salt, Turmeric powder, Ginger paste, garlic paste, chilly paste into the beef and cook well till it becomes tender. Boil the coconut oil in a pan and add mustard seeds, Red chillies , curry leaves, onion , Tomato paste and fry well . Add Chilly powder, coriander powder, Garam masala, beef masala and sauté . Then add the cooked beef and little water. Allow it to boil till the water gets drained.
