Beaf Roast

1. Beaf – 1 Kg
2. Garlic – 1 bulb
3. Fennel (broken) – half tea spoon
4. Black Pepper(broken) – One and half tea spoon
5. Mustard seed (broken) – One teaspoon
6. Coconut pieces – half cup
7. Cinnamon ground – one piece
8. Ginger – large piece
9. Curry leaves-enough
10. Grated coconut – half of the whole
11. crushed red chili – 1 table spoon
12. Coconut oil – 5 table spoon
13 Hot Spices – One and half table spoon

Cut the beef into small pieces and wash. Then keep it for the water to drain. Mix ingredients from 1 to 9 and three teaspoonful of coconut oil into the beef and keep aside for one hour. Cook the beef in pressure cooker until it is dry. Take five table spoonful of coconut oil in a pan and fry ginger cut into thin slices, curry leaves, grated coconut fry it. Add the crushed chilly and when it is fried add to it the beef and spices then simmer for 20 minutes stirring at times and beef roast is ready.
