Ingredients for Stuffing
Butter – ¾ cup
Onion – 1 ½ cup ( chopped)
Celery – chopped – ½ cup
Salt – as required
Pepper powder – ¼ tea spoon
Fish masala – as required
Fish ( big ) – 1
Bread crumbs – 2 cup

Method of preparation

Take a thick bottom vessel and melt the butter, add onion, celery and saute. Then add bread crumbs and roast it . the colour should not get changed. For that you have to keep on stirring it. add pepper powder, fish masala and salt. Keep this mixture inside the fish and bake it till it get cooked.
