Ayala – 4
Onion – chopped – 1
Green chilly (slicing long) – 4
Pepper powder – ½ tea spoon
Garlic – crushed – 4 cloves
Ginger ( sliced long ) 1 pieces
Thick coconut milk – 1 cup
Medium thick coconut milk – 1 cup
Rice flour – 2 tea spoon
Curry leaves – 2 strip
Lemon juice – 1 tea spoon

For spluttering

Coconut oil – 2 table spoon
Shallots ( cut into four) – 2
Fenugreek seeds – 1 tea spoon
Curry leaves – 2 strip

Method of preparation

Take Onion, green chilly, ginger, garlic, curry leaves and required salt in a vessel. Add medium thick coconut milk (randam pal) and cook. Mix the rice flour in little coconut milk and add the remaining pour it in curry. Boil it by keeping in low flames and should be stirred continuously. On getting boiled remove from the flames and keep it aside. Heat coconut oil in a pan . add fenugreek seed into the oil and sauté. Then add red chillies, curry leaves and fry. Pour this fried mix into the Ayila curry. Add lemon juice. This can be served together with Aripathiri or Podipathiri.
