
Ingredients
Cooked Ayla ( removed the bone) – 2
Grated coconut – 1 cup
Red chillies – 5
Shallots – 4 cloves
Papadam ( fried ) – 4
Salt, curry leaves – as required
Turmeric powder – 1 pinch
Method of preparation
Grind the coconut, red chillies, shallots, curry leaves by adding turmeric powder. Then add the bone less ayala into it and mix. Then crush the fried papadam and add into into it and mix well, fry the curry leaves and add. Can serve.
