1.Cleaned chicken drumsticks – 4 piece
2.Onion – one small
Ginger – 1 inch piece
Garlic – 6 cloves
Green chilly – 4 small
Tomato – 1 small
3.Curd – removed the water totally – 1 cup
Lemon juice – 2 table spoon
Arabian masla – 3 table spoon
Salt , pepper powder – as required
Olive oil – 2 table spoon

For Arabian Masala

Cumin seed – ½ cup
Fennel seed – ½ cup
Cinnamon – 3 pieces of two inch length.
Coriander – ½ cup
Pepper – ¼ cup
Dried chilly – 6 – 8
Turmeric powder – 2 table spoon

To prepare Arabian masala

Roast all the ingredients required to prepare masala and powder it.

Method of preparing chicken

Clean the chicken pieces. Take the second mentioned ingredients and grind it and make paste. Add curd, lemon juice, Arabian masala, salt . pepper, olive oil, and mix properly. Then cover the chicken pieces with this paste. Then keep these chicken pieces in the fridge for four hours. Pre-heat the oven with 450 degree. After that keep the chicken into the oven and bake it for thirty minutes. Then change the oven in boiling mode. After one minute take out the chicken. Serve, after five minutes.
