
Ingredients
Chicken – ½ kilo
Onion – 1
Tomato – 2
Ginger – garlic paste – 1 table spoon
Turmeric powder – ½ tea spoon
Chilly powder – 1 tea spoon
Green chilly – 3
Sugar – ½ tea spoon
Garam masala – ¼ tea spoon
Cashew nut – 5
Curd – 1 tea spoon
Corn flour – 1 tea spoon
Coriander leaves
Food Colour – red
Salt – as required
Oil – as required
Method of preparation
Take a pan and heat oil. add onion and fry. Add sugar into it and sauté again. Add the ginger garlic paste and fry . add chilly powder , turmeric powder, salt, cashew nut paste, curd, garam masala and mix. add the tomato into it and stir. Add green chilly and chicken and fry. Then close the lid and cook. When the chicken gets cooked add coriander leaves, pudina leaves and mix. then add food colour. Tasty Andhra style chicken masala is ready. It can be served with chapathi or rice.
