Ingredients

Choora ( boneless) 250 gram
Dried coconut ( roasted and grinded) – 100 gram
Ginger ( chopped) – 10 gram
Garlic – chopped ) 10 gram
Shallots – chopped and fried in oil ) 10 gram
Coriander seed ( roasted and grinded) – 50 gram
Red Chilly ( Roasted and grinded) – 25 gram
Turmeric powder – 5 gram
Curry leaves – 5 strip
Coconut oil – 100 milli
Tamarind juice – 100 milli
Asafoetida – 5 gram
Fenugreek seed – 5 gram
Thick coconut milk – 50 milli
Coconut ( fried in oil ) – 6 pieces

Method of preparation

Heat Oil in a pan and add fenugreek seeds a and asafoetida. Later add ginger and garlic and fry till It becomes golden brown colour. Then add the remaining ingredients and add choora into it. Add coconut milk and stir well
